Because each JohnBord is unique and handmade with excellence (including its own serial number), all orders are usually processed and shipped within 5-10 business days. In some cases, your items will ship sooner.

The JohnBord is a larger item than most, so we are subject to shipping costs that vary by distance. The typical shipping cost ranges from about $20 to $40, depending on where you are in the United States.

We treat every JohnBord as a unique work of art and package it with care.

Shipping:

All items are shipped via a domestic package service with tracking.

We are on the East Coast, so shipping using standard ground services can take up to 14 business days to the West Coast.

Shipping outside the continental United States:

Additional shipping costs may apply.

Our Refund Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your JohnBord. We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of the workmanship and we hope you will find great benefit to your health as you use it.

However, if you are not satisfied with the quality of the workmanship, you can return your JohnBord to us for a full refund.

Please contact us within 30 days of placing your order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA number). We will not accept any returns without an RMA number.

Once a return is authorized, if the product is defective, we will refund your payment and send you a return shipping label.

Otherwise, you will receive your payment less any shipping charges. If you received free shipping on your purchase, we will deduct the shipping fees we had to pay to ship the JohnBord to you.

Please return authorized returns in the original condition and in the original packaging. We must receive the return within 14 days from the day the RMA number was issued. We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet these conditions.
